Small Business Weatherization & Electric Heating
A free walk-through energy assessment of your building, followed by incentives on the upgrades it recommends — insulation, windows, air sealing, heat pumps.
A no-cost energy assessment (performed by the program's partner, Willdan), then financial incentives toward approved weatherization and electric-heating upgrades. You may use your own contractor or the program's.
Active National Grid electric customers in upstate New York with an average annual peak demand under 250 kW, on rate codes SC1, SC2, SC2D, or SC3. Retrofit projects only. Measures already funded by NYSERDA can't be double-counted.
The red pencil says
Rate code SC1 includes religious buildings billed at the residential rate under PSL §76 — being on the church rate does not disqualify you.
Schedule the free assessment online, call 1-833-208-5960, or email NGRIDNYupstate@willdan.com. After the assessment you receive an incentive offer letter; work starts once you approve it.
